Purchase Agreement

The Purchase agreement is binding between Marketing Wizard Limited (provider of services) and Buyer (  demand for services), when buyer sign up or join or buy the'Dental Video Secrets Package' from the web site, dentalvideosecrets.com.

The web site sets out exactly what services will be provided and  the level of support expected. See 'Terms of Service, Privacy policy and Disclaimer as integral part of Purchase Agreement. see below:

(1) Marketingwizardlimited.com (MWL from here on out) will have a website for you to review within 3-4 weeks considering you have provided all necessary information for website to be developed, upon approval website will be live on web.

(2) Website Design: MWL will perform website design with landing pages to help client achieve a presence on the Internet. Monthly hosting package prices may increase after the first 6 months of paid service dependant on Internet environment. Purchaser owns all work performed by MWL during contract period.

(3) Client will provide MWL with all pertinent information to aid MWL in accomplishing client's goals.

(4) MWL will have client website published in a timely manner.

(5) MWL will provide client with monthly stats or give access to information.

(6) MWL will, with due diligence and research, create a thorough and advanced web strategy to target prospective patients.

(7) Client will provide MWL with all necessary copy and photos.

(8) MWL charges £75/hour for website design updates and maintenance unless 'Dental Video Secrets Package'  is chosen before ending of Limited Introductory Offer.
(9) 'The Dental Video Secrets Package' is the agreed upon summary of services to be provided, on signing up, during the 'limited introductory offer.'

Obligations of the Parties
MWL is committed to conducting the proper research of your business and industry in order to develop a thorough and advanced web strategy. MWL will have the account work live in approximately 3-4 weeks. MWL will provide a monthly website performance report or provide access to stats.

Purchaser
Purchaser agrees to supply MWL with all proper information as to current business product pushes, and target markets.

Terms of the Contract
Both parties assume this contract to be valid and complete for described project.

Liability
MWL cannot be held liable, or held to any guarantees for actual Internet presence and ability to attract patients. MWL will deliver their best efforts in helping purchaser receive desired results.

Termination of Contract
MWL retains the right to terminate any existing client's contract at no penalty and will reimburse remaining funds to purchaser (service fee monies for future non-completes services. Does not include hosting fee of £120 which is a one time, non refundable payment on termination), if the business' behavior fits into the following characteristics:

Account reaches delinquent status, three (3) or more times (Delinquent status defined as not paying invoices within 30 days of receiving.) or rejected debit order.
Failure to comply with MWL representative in providing proper information in regards to initial setup of account.
Unable to comply with web standard practices in conducting a legit means of web business and presence.

Confidentiality
All research and data gathered and archived by MWL is proprietary, and will remain proprietary during and after the life of the contract. Data remains property of MWL.

Disputes and Legal Action
In the event customer is dissatisfied with any services provided, customer is obligated to give MWL 14 days (fourteen days) and cooperation to rectify complaint of claimed unsatisfactory service. Customer shall not be entitled to any refunds unless MWL has failed to perform its required services or after having been given 14 days to correct a deficiency, failed to do so. In the event any legal action needs to be taken to enforce the provisions of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs, whether or not a lawsuit is filed. Before commencing any lawsuit, the parties shall first submit themselves to mediation within 30 days of a demand thereto.

Binding Effect of Internet Agreements
Any agreements entered via the Internet and/or electronic mail should be binding on the customer as if a hard copy were signed and delivered to MWL.

Terms of Service may change and you will be notified with
new Terms of Service by mail.
