How does the process work?
When we first receive your email us, we'll help you decide what kind of Web site will best suit your practice. Once you sign on with Marketing Wizard Limited (MWL), we will receive the email to activate the process. Our director will call you to arrange an appointment in person. At this visit video/audio will be gathered for personal landing pages and introduction. A list of information and photos need to be accummulated for registration for domain and web hosting contracts. He'll learn what makes your practice special, who you have on your team, and who your target market is.
All the additional marketing techniques are then set up in a couple of weeks and you'll see drafts and designs within a few weeks, and after you choose the look and voice that reflects your unique practice, our production team will create a site that only you can see - Web visitors won't have access at this stage. You'll have an opportunity to make last minute changes to the sites before it goes live in 3-4 weeks. Our relationship then starts! Any time you need updates to your dental Web site, email our support team. We'll be happy to update photos and bios, or include new technologies you've implemented in your office. As long as you have a Web site with MWL, we're here to help make it a success!
How long does the process take?
Our creative and production team can produce a live site in about four weeks, if you will allow us to determine the designs for your sites. However, photos, decisions on designs and copy, and delayed approval or changes can deter progress.
What if I don't know anything about computers?
No problem! In fact, isn't that why you hired us? Simply call or email support when you have a question. From Web site questions to email concerns, we're here for you. MWL will put you through a learning curve with the videos and tips on our sites that will allow you to become comfortable with the Internet marketing techniques.
What if I already have a site?
We will be happy to host and support your current site or give it a complete makeover that truly reflects the image your practice needs to project and to target your niche markets. We will add all the other marketing techniques tp update it.
What happens if you guys go out of business?
Although MWL has only branched into this activity in 2008, MWL has online presence with many web sites for years, and we're not going anywhere. If something should happen to us, your site is just that... your site! You own the design, copy, and full rights as long as you pay your domain registration and hosting services. On completion of your site(s), you will receive your unique password and access to your site, to get control of your cpanel.
What if I want to make changes after the site is published? How do we make changes?
Simply email support@marketingwizardlimited.com. Or even niemand.a@gmail.com. We'll update photos, bios, and other information whenever you need us to.
How much do your sites cost?
The 'Dental Video Secrets Package' is a 'Limited Introductory Offer' and will cease on decision by MWL.
